The advisory company Guidepoint awarded B&B Contracting Group the contract to build out its new world headquarters in New York City. The 38,000 sq ft space houses half of the companies 1,100 international employees. The project is in a building that was built in 1912, so the space features a unique combination of modern finishes that contrast with the original 100 year old structure. B&B Contracting Group created ten private offices, one CEO Suite, an all new satellite IT room, two new bathrooms, two new pantries, a common lounge-work space, six interview rooms and 12 podcast rooms. This project also included the refurbishment of two 60 ton blazer HVAC units and asbestos abatement.
