Bridge evolved from a private real estate fund focused on value creation and harvesting capital. As a result of Bridge’s heritage, the Ownership mindset is in our DNA. We do not make decisions, provide guidance, or suggest recommendations unless the result of such action will have a net positive impact on value for our ownership. Bridge Hotel Group is a hotel management company focused exclusively on Greater New York City hospitality. We believe dedicated efforts on every aspect of a market are the only way to ultimately succeed in our evolving lodging space. Our TEAM of 25 professionals covers every major hotel discipline from our midtown corporate office. This allows our corporate team to converse in real time face-to-face conversations with our property level managers.

Bridge Hotel Group follows a balanced scorecard approach to operating great hotels. The pillars of our balanced scorecard are Culture, Guest Service, Revenue Management and Sales, and Profitability. By achieving success in all aspects of the balanced scorecard, we exceed expectations set by our ownership groups. We operate under the following maxim: What get measured gets done. Our corporate and property level Team leaders hold themselves accountable for balanced scorecard results, which get measured on a daily basis. We focus on leading operating metrics that drive results. It is this accountability to producing results that sets Bridge Hotel Group apart from other hotel management companies. In effect, it is the “bridge” that creates full alignment between management and ownership.

Hotel Management

Bridge Hotel Group is a first class hotel manager and has 15 years of experience operating hotels in the Greater New York City market. This accounts for more than 4,000 hotel rooms across 18 properties affiliated with Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands along with several independent hotels. Our hotel management disciplines include revenue management, sales and marketing support, accounting and financial services, human resources management, and hotel operations.

Operating hotels in New York City requires significant capital investment and planning. For owners, Bridge Hotel Group will provide capital project coordination and can handle all aspects of the CAPEX budgeting and execution process. Our experienced corporate CAPEX team works directly with our on-property general managers and chief engineers to formulate and execute a multi-year plan to ensure the hotel is maintained in top physical condition and is in compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Bridge Hotel Group and its affiliates have more than 15 years’ experience developing, constructing, and renovating hotels in New York City. This includes developing and constructing 12 hotels totaling 2,500 guest rooms. Our corporate construction team works closely with owners in all aspects of the development process including concept and design development, budget estimation, contractor selection, and project management. Additionally, Bridge provides project management oversight for major renovations at hotels in New York City.
